Anyone from the 1970s and 1980s remember the hunger awareness dinners? They were big among the More-with-Less Cookbook, World Vision, and progressive evangelical crowds. Several decades later, hunger is still around, and World Vision has ratcheted up its political advocacy at some of the highest levels of world governance.
